The Garden Fish Bar
● Closed“Freshly fried fish and chips. We ordered two small pieces of small Cod fillets and had to wait 10 minutes for them to fry it. We arrived there a few minutes after opening of the shop. We were soo surprised when the order came because the “small” piece of fish was easily 30 centimeters long! The fish was thick and tasty!”

The pasta is all freshly made in house and you can really tell because it’s so delicious. The pistachio tiramisu is a must try!! Bottomless brunch is only £20 aswell, such great value; includes bottomless Aperol spritz and prosecco.”

Cafe Yukari
● Closed“Customer service is excellent. There was a lovely lady working there! I ordered an iced matcha latte and jasmine tea. The matcha latte was not sickly sweet and it was just right like the Japanese way. One lady even gave me a free complimentary biscuit. If you are fan of japanese drinks I would HIGHLY recommend. One of the best and you won't regret it :)”

The Dysart Petersham
● Closed“Enjoyed a wonderful lunch, went for the tasting menu which was absolutely delicious and reasonable value relative to comparable Michelin-starred restaurants. Every course was great, absolute highlights for me were the 'chaud froid' egg (not at all what I expected but memorable), the charred bream and the lamb. Humongous amounts of truffle were (appropriately) served throughout the menu! Cocktails were excellent! Matched wines were also very good and worked with the menu, but with hindsight we'd have been better off ordering individual glasses as it was better value and there were a couple of wines not to my taste. Service was fantastic - friendly and attentive and not pretentious. Really nice, spacious restaurant interior, not crammed-in like other restaurants. Easy parking for the non-drinker (sadly, me) in the party. We will definitely visit again.”

A Cena
● Closed“A gorgeous, warm, vibrant, romantic, welcoming, charming restaurant. I visited on Saturday 29th October 2022 for lunch, for two. The menu appeals from top to bottom, the service is friendly, attentive and what really appealed was the recommendation for a wine so perfect for lunch, there was no way I'd have chosen so well. Overall, this is a fabulous place for lunch and I reckon even better for dinner......which I'm looking forward to finding out :)”

Ma Cuisine
● Closed“A cosy French resto in Kew! Their menu is written in English and offers elegant, tasty dishes such as roasted Barbary duck breast with cardamom jus and peach and lettuce. Their starters of rabbit and pork terrine with gherkins and raspberry vinaigrette .. simply delish! There’s outdoor seating and cosy indoor seating during winter. Interesting interiors, unusual French ambience. If you don’t have time for a Eurostar ride across the channel but you’re craving the delicacies of French cuisine, this is the place. Open for both lunch and dinner. On-street parking. Just a short walk from Kew station if coming by train. Strongly recommended.”

11 Coffee & Co. Sheen
● Closed“A gem hidden away in East Sheen. I’ve visited many times and rave about it to all my friends back home. It’s the reason I fell in love with carrot cake. It is so good that I haven’t found any other that compares. Highly recommended! It’s truly a lovely cafe with many delicious options and the best coffee in town. Fast service, charming ambience and warm and friendly staff. Everything about this place is worth a visit.”

Monies
● Closed140 Upper Richmond Road, London SW15 2SW, United Kingdom“Our favourite spot in Putney. Having tried all of the coffee bars in Putney this is our absolute favourite. The coffee shots are always consistent and amazing quality - we are those people who will walk 30 mins to get an amazing cup of coffee and we couldn’t be happier to have found Monies on Upper Richmond Road. Staff are always so friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is so warm and the decor well designed. Having nailed the coffee they now do cheese and charcuterie boards on a fri and sat evening. You must go!! Each cheese is carefully hand selected from Borough Market, the meats are insane, they use amazing quality products from artisan producers and you can really taste the difference. A great selection of drinks too - ranging from wine to espresso martinis.”

The Grey Horse - SMOK'D
● Closed“Called in for lunch yesterday & enjoyed delicious food (my partner had the loaded fries & I had a chickpea burger with fries) & drinks (I had a yummy but somewhat potent Singapore Sling!). Had a real buzz about it (despite the fact it wasn't that busy at 12) & the attention to detail from a decor perspective was great (lots of nods to music & even a skeleton!!). Staff were smiley & efficient too. Will deffo go back again!”
