BULSTRODE PUB
● Open“Absolutely fantastic English pub in the heart of Hounslow. Warm, with a great selection of beers on tap and served from a beautiful wooden bar and a wonderful atmosphere. Food is reasonably priced, generous in portions and tasty. Their sunday roast in particular was freshly made and well worth the price and a small wait. Would highly recommend.”

The Greyhound Pub
● Open“Had a lovely Sunday lunch at the Greyhound Pub. The staff was super friendly, ordering via their app in January gives you a £10 off the bill, which is a bonus. Had the vegetarian burger and it was delicious, we cleaned the plate! Chips were cooked to perfection. I definitely recommend it and it’s dog friendly too, so if you have a furry friend, you can take him/her with you.”

The Old Sergeant Pub
● Open“We have been regular customers 4 years ago, but because of bad management and rude attitude, we stop visiting The old Sergeant. This Sunday we accidentally pop up for a beer and we had a chance to try one of the best Sunday roast. I'm quite picky regarding the food and I have been nicely surprised but the new owners, friendly staff and delicious food. I would recommend it again.”

Inn 1888 Pub & Pizzeria.
● Open“Traditional interiors and exceptionally friendly proprietors, Enzo & Gabriel — this pub is great for a quick drink on your way or as a local, where you will always get a warm welcome. A good tip is to sit outside on picnic tables and watch Marylebone flow by (and if the tables are all busy, you can stand around the corner in the mew, the brassed windowsills to hold your drink).”

The Moretown Belle London
● Open“Great food, service and value near the Tower of London. As an F1 fan I’ve been to a number of the races. And as a foodie, I’ve eaten in all sorts of places, from chip shops to Michelin star. So, F1 on a massive screen with surround sound and a massive Sunday roast, what better combination? Just around the corner from the Tower of London, it’s a wonderful and history filled walk to The Moretown Belle. Unlike other pubs, you’re greeted at the door by a host, with a warm smile as soon as you arrive. There’s plenty of seating , from booths, high tables and singles to groups. I went with my sister and we both decided to have the chicken for our roast. What surprised me was the variety and amount of vegetables. Fantastic - peas, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. I’m pretty sure we had a whole chicken between us. The plate was topped off with roast potatoes and an enormous Yorkshire pudding. We were true heroes and managed to eat a lot of it , but had to admit defeat. You definitely will not leave this place hungry after that roast. Service was slick and professional. I like the smart uniforms and how nothing was too much trouble. More gravy? A proper gravy boat arrived promptly. More drinks? Table service in a blink of an eye. For a part of London you’d expect to be a tourist trap, this is not. Locals, regulars, sports fans who find it online and book with their mates, families, and now me! It’s lovely to find an independent non - chain pub that really cares about just being brilliant. We will be back!”

The Village Pub
● Open“The gammon was lovely but the nuggets in the basket not so good. BLT sandwich was also good. The place, the atmosphere was quiet, relaxing. I'm glad I came here Second time I had an amazing steak and a chicken bacon salad and that was good too. Definitely coming back”
-
Fox & Anchor Pub
● Open“A great haunt right off Smithfield. They do an incredible city boy breakfast and everything in between. We stopped in at midday on a Sunday and it was quiet. During the week the outside provides a nice place to drink during the summer. Previously we had stayed the night and they also have well appointed rooms. It is not like staying at the Rookery nearby, but it is a wholly different experience and they do not try to be the same. Definitely check out the Fox for fun times, any time!”

The Salisbury Pub
● Open“Nestled on the corner of St Martin's Lane and St Martin's Court this famous Old pub is a well preserved relic of Victorian life, packed full of history. Call in for a beer! The mahogany bar and cut glass windows and panels are magnificent. What makes any venue is the people and the staff here are terrific; so kind, so helpful. We had a Festive buffet lunch for 7 in The Whisky Room. The food was good and there was a wonderful atmosphere in the whole place. Not so easy for wheelchairs everywhere in the pub but possible. The loos are in the basement via step narrow stairs. The whole place is fun and reasonably priced for theatreland. Thank you 'staff of The Salisbury' we had a great time.”

Prince of Peckham Pub
● Open“Visited on a Sunday afternoon and it was packed with people which is always a good sign. Cocktails were lovely, there’s a weekly cocktail special going which is great. I ordered the spiced fries (absolutely delicious, best fries I’ve had in a while) and the jerk chicken which was nice but could have had a little more flavour. Would come back to try other things on the menu.”
