“A big thank you to Robert from Robert’s Fine Jewellery based on the Upper Level of the Belfry Shopping Centre. I needed my watch battery replaced only to discover the back had been cross threaded when it was previously replaced by a jewellers in Kingston Upon Thames. Robert was excellent in making sure the job got done, and sent it to a watch repairer. This only took a couple of days and Robert also steam cleaned and buffed out the scratches on the strap. I can honestly say the watch hasn’t looked so good in years and everything cost only £15 so can’t recommend this jewellers highly enough.”

He patiently answered all our questions and iterated through many versions of the design with us, guiding us away from bad decisions and explaining any details we wanted to know.
