Michael (the new manager) is a kind hearted person that will help and assist you with any concerns you have. He communicates effectively with patients, and has also brought about a great atmosphere to the clinic. This change is pleasant to see and makes me want to stick with Bupa for the long run.”

“Iv just recently started coming to croydon dental practice and all I can say is wow. The girls at reception go above and beyond to try and get an appointment as soon as possible. They’re all so polite and easy to speak to. Arati has been mine and my 2 sons dentist and she was incredible with my 3 year old making him feel at ease and allowed her to look at his teeth which he won’t ever go near anyone let alone allow them to look at his teeth! “The Dental Care that I receive here has always been very good. They very much put the patient first. I was included in the treatment plan when I had my filling replaced, they had the local anaesthetic on stand by but didn't end up needing it. I did fall asleep in the chair while they were working which gave them a bit of a shock but that's how un painful it was, and that's how calming they work. They were more than happy to answer and questions I had.”

They were able to fit me in next-day during the holiday season which most other surgeries weren't able to do and gave me an appointment for tooth removal within a week, taking care to making sure it was suited to my schedule.
