Beer tasting experience in Watford

“Today my family and I visited Tortilla in Watford. We have been regular customers here for years, but must mention how great the restaurant is. The food is lovely, the staff are attentive and approachable plus the restaurant is clean and well presented. Great job Tortilla Watford. Wouldn’t chose anywhere else. Well Played!”

“I have dined here on several occasions with my family and friends. On each visit the same staff member served us. He built a friendly rappore and delivered excellent customer service! On one occasion I was served the incorrect food and he immediately corrected this showing great empathy. He compensated us with complimentary meals on the house. The food was great. “We visited here today for their bottomless brunch. I can honestly say that this is great value for money especially if you add the cocktail upgrade. Our waiter for our visit was CJ and considering it was only his second day he did a great job. Nothing was too much trouble. If you're passing and fancy some great food and even better cocktails it's well worth a visit.”

“There aren't many places that do what this place does. It has a midweek 50% off happy hour on EVERYTHING. The cocktails aren't pre-made, the shots aren't watered down and the Peroni is 2.60 a pint. It's a brave offering and it needs to be supported or your post work drinks wiĺl be limited to walkabout or spoons”

“Excellent quality of steaks we were three of us and I ordered the Rib Eye which was like butter. All accompaniment dishes like the stem broccoli with French beans and Mac and cheese with a Caesar salad went down very well.Also the house red wine was superb choice. Would definitely come again as the manager was very approachable and a pleasantly joking gentleman.”

“Went there to celebrate my birthday with my family. What a lovely evening. Food was great, lovely wine(Viognier) and the service was excellent. The manager there is fantastic, he really looked after us and I must say I cannot praise him enough. “Small but very well laid out and decorated. 8 of us turned up without booking for food and the service was A* .. all food arrived in a timely manner and was delish! Staff couldn't of been more attentive if they tried. 100% would come again, deffo recommend.”

“Went here for a pre-opening drink. Really nicely refurbished, keeps a nice pub feel but also an air of quality. The management team seem to have some great ideas for making this sustainable business which I hope to try more in the future. Live F1 without have to buy Sky would get me there….hint hint”
