I always book online, as they are a very busy salon and I like to ensure I have an appointment. The service can sometimes leave a lot to be desired. But I started going to Eden when the first store opened years ago, so I know what to expect when I go in. You may get a few people doing your nails. You may move seats. You may catch management on a bad day. But aside from one recent bad SNS experience, which Mary and Zuzanna rectified, I haven't had many others. I have tried a few other salons in Thurrock, but they never leave me as happy as a trip to Eden does so I won't go anywhere else now. Update - December 2022 Just had my SNS extensions done by Ellie and she did a wonderful job of my Christmas glittery nails, really pleased with how they came out. Ellie took her time, and made sure I had the shape I wanted and that all my nails matched.”

“First went to Eddie's Tattoos as a blank canvas... I now have roughly 45 hours worth of ink covering 2 sleeves, huge chest design and a smaller shin piece and I couldn't be happier. He spends quality time designing and planning every piece to make sure all his work is of the highest standard. For first timers he will talk you through the process and keep you at ease as it can be a scaring experience. All in all amazing company and HIGHLY recommend.”

“This was my first tattoo and from messaging Emma on Instagram she made me feel at ease and she was helpful but at the same time didn’t decide for me or push me into having the tattoo. In fact she told me to not rush and follow my heart. That it’s when I knew I wanted Emma to tattoo me! I went to chat with Emma before I booked and we looked at designs and she did some sketches and again she was so helpful, friendly and made me feel welcome even as a newbie to tattoos! On the day again I cannot fault my experience! It was fun and I loved getting my first tattoo. I would highly recommend Emma and I am sure I will back!”
