“Mother and I are a frequent shopper/visitor to this Poundland coming from East London, and theres a friendly, professional, indian lady whos always at the front of the store - assisting customers, and I notice that there is never any other staff assisting her, at checkout, nor at the main door. There should be a security guard, and 2/3 people on checkout, the Management are clearly racist as shes the only indian lady doing 4 jobs at once, the Store Manager you should be ashamed of yourselves, your staff seem to hide in stock dpt, and at the back of the store, and noone seems to come to the checkouts. Poundland your a racist, employer - I hope this lady finds a better job, as your treat her like a skivvy.”

Often times there are promos ongoing encouraging you to buy two pairs for a good discount. I've bought school shoes for my children and work shoes for myself and last autumn I got a good deal on Timberland style boots and bought two different coloured pairs... They're still kicking it!”

I had an express order supposed to come between 1 and 2pm which showed as delivered and hadn’t actually came and I was worried about my children’s dinner being on the plate. “I love it! Should be rebranded 'Everything from a Pound Land' as prices can be misleading for those who shop there thinking everything costs a pound!! Helpful staff, thousands of affordable products, always something new. I especially love that they have freezers of ready meals, meat, seafood etc and fridges full of cheeses, gammon, meat, milk, fresh fruit and healthy juices. Healthy eating on a tight budget is possible. Clothing, books, kitchen essentials, everything!!! Highly recommend Poundland Epsom”

“A very popular clothing and homewares store. This branch is larger than many others I have been to. Friendly staff, disabled access, disabled parking and plenty of parking available on an estate with many other large department stores and DIY stores. The store was clean, well stocked clothing and homeware items. Men, Women and children's clothing, shoes for all and at a reasonable cost.”
