"It's bearable in the week when there are not many punters about as the one till scenario can deal with it. Today the person on the till had to call someone as they wanted a refund. Massive queue and the person who tried to sort the refund could not. I just left my stuff and left as it was going nowhere. It's the 3rd of December and a Saturday, make sure all your tills are operational."

"Great store for finding many bargains, especially in the food section. Some of the items I would normally pay twice as much elsewhere. Check dates as they could be short, which is fair enough considering the great prices. Just knocking off one star as they need more staff to support the one person they often just have on the tills, something that the big retail companies need to stop."
