The Famous Green Man
“Very nice warm welcome i got when I first entered the pub it is well managed pub with very friendly bar staff many thanks for your service I will be back soon”
The Anglers, Teddington
“Cosy interior with fireplace ideal for an indulgent hot chocolate. Good choice of beers on tap. Unique large outdoor space right by the river Thames. Women's toilets are very glam! A quality venue.”
Prince of Wales Cheam
“Cheerful barmaid happy to have a laugh. Guinness was good with 2 ale pumps. A couple of tvs (cricket and football when I was there). Lovely beer garden with a little bar and a pizza oven. Nice clean place with friendly locals.”
The Lord Nelson
“Small pub run by a lovely family with nice bar staff. Relaxed feel with very good karaoke on Tuesday nights.”
The County Arms
“Dropped in by chance and was pleasantly surprised by the ambience and service. We ordered 3 burgers with all the trimmings with homemade chips for speed. We were well impressed by the presentation, speed and most importantly taste 10/10. Well worth a visit. PS. I tried an IPA from the barrel. Spot on!”
The Queen’s Head
“Good as always and more. The pizza is delicious and doesn't spend ages to arrive. The drinks are average London price, but goog quantity. Clean and with many seats and tables. There is live music every Sunday. Variable genre, but mainly funky, ska and Jazz. Really suggested.”
The Landor
“Fantastic dinner with my team for our Xmas party. The service and food were brilliant. Complements to the chef who really looked after us. Thank-you!”
The Anchor
“I popped into the anchor today briefly and it was lovely. I really liked the vintage pieces of decor especially the phone and clocking in machine. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the lovely bar lady and the locals.”
Northcote Arms
“Fabulous Sunday lunch even though 6pm on Mothering Sunday. Everyone so helpful. Great friendly bar and waiting staff. Huge dinner beautifully cooked. Unlimited gravy ( with onions too-perfect) and Yorkshire’s baked as they should be. Couldn’t fault both beef and pork with all the trimmings. Lovely apple pie with double scoops of very good quality ice cream. We were stuffed!! We’ll done the Northcote arms!! We’ll be back for sure!!”
The Dundee Arms
“Lovely pub, I watched the football and had a few great ales No sound on football but I didn't mind as music was quite good Very chilled place”
The Queen Elizabeth pub
“Very much a hidden gem, great music, good beer. Head down support your local pub”
The Daylight Inn
“We use the Daylight’s function room every week for a business networking meeting. The staff are helpful and welcoming. As we are there it would be rude not to stop for the occasional working lunch, and I have to say I haven’t been disappointed. I had a particularly lovely wrap that I will be revisiting soon. - Chris Bensted, Your friendly local Business Coach”
Catford Bridge Tavern
“Great selection of drinks, had a gluten free menu for drinks too. Does cocktail deals at certain times. A few different screens dotted about showing sports and a pool table. Prices are very reasonable and lots of seating. Close to the station which is handy and close to the centre. Look out for the food specials too if nothing on the menu jumps out at you. Food menu is your pub favourites with a few others thrown in. Recommended.”
Henley Arms
“Very friendly, community pub with a lively community atmosphere. Food was no nonsense pub grub with a rather nice IPA to wash it down. We also used their overnight parking facility which felt safe and flexible. All in all the right place for us after a day on the motorway on a sweltering hot day.”
The Lion
“Staff are really friendly and the food is great. Beer garden is excellent in the summer. The location, right by the mill and the river just adds to the quaint vibe. The iconic bridge which is at least 500 years old really adds to the character of Farningham. This pub is amazing for families and we often take our kids who enjoy being outdoors. I highly recommend it.”
The Ship, Wilmington
“Visited today for a birthday celerbration, seated inside but as the sun was out moved all 14 of us outside on our request no problem. The children played and we spoke, great garden. Good food and value for money. Freindly family run pub will be back thank you for a great day”
The Venture Inn
“Brilliant pub, amazing selection of drinks and lovely tapas. Highly recommended”
Smokee'z' Pizza & Grill
“Lovely little place. The food is top quality. The pizza is very affordable and nice. But the wings is what keeps me coming back. The grilled wings are seasoned and cooked to perfection - add some garlic sauce on top and it is absolutely amazing. Very good place - good food and good prices. I highly recommend”
Munich Cricket Club
“Great place in Westminster! Their sharing plates are HUGE! Food is amazing and would recommend to anyone who needs a stein of beer, soft pretzel, and great German sausage!”
The Wheatsheaf
“Nice venue. Went on a Saturday and although it was quiet and there was a dj playing 80's music we still had a little boogie and a good laugh!”
The Five Bells
“If you want a local pub experience this is it. Got stuck in London after missing a flight and checked this out. Amazing place with no tourists (like myself). Got a true experience of what locals do. Plus they weren’t serving food at the time I got there, but they suggested the Chinese across the road and allowed us to bring it in and drink while ate the food.”
The Ordnance Arms
“Menu was small, but nice. Inside is comfortable - the night we were there it was not busy so did not have a buz. They have seats outside if the weather is nice and the street is not a busy one. Prior reviews mentioned the wine by glass was only British, which we thought was nice, but possibly expensive (we had just come from Spain to be fair). Was a nice meal and I’d recommend.”
Harvest Home
“Brilliant, friendly place , food drink parking beer garden, everything you need”
The Millers Arms
“Spent the afternoon and evening with a friend in the newly opened Millers. The landlord Paul made us very welcome and chatted about his plans and how he intends to run the pub. There are multiple screens that showed 6 nations rugby and the football. They dealt effectively and with no fuss when a group of ladies came in very drunk. The evening had a DJ and the place started to get busy. Paul had another 3 staff behind the bar, so getting served wasn’t a problem. The loo’s are in a separate building out the back. I’d like more choice on real ales, but that’s my only real criticism. Good luck with the future to all concerned and if Paul treats all his customers the way he treated us, he’ll make this pub a success quickly”
Harvester Falcon Eltham
“the food was yummy, to die for, portions are generous and i had some to take home!”
Erins Hope
“Good atmosphere and free buffet and live entertainment for st Patrick's day.”
Masterson Leisure Holdings (MLH) Ltd
“Their pub The Black Horse is one of the best in Barnet. Good food, Great outdoor beer garden, including a separate function area. Fantastic staff.”
