“Excellent accommodation for a large family. We stayed here over Christmas and the accommodation is very comfortable, has all amenities and conveniently located near Heathrow Airport (in case you have visitors from abroad!). Also, worth visiting Bray village, which is beautiful and nearby. It is also a short drive to other nice locations such as Windsor, Henley and Marlow. Jill was very responsive during the whole process and helped us with everything we needed. Thanks again!”

“Had a lovely lunchtime ramen as saw this place just opened up. Looks lovely inside. Very relaxed and chilled vibe. Staff are very attentive and fast service. I had a tonkotsu ramen. I've eaten a lot of ramens and this was really good. Very tasty and fresh. I did have a lot of ginger in mine which is fine because I like it but may be too much for others. Will be back”

“Magic Sam was the entertainer for Emma and Oscars 5 year old's circus themed birthday party and we couldn't be happier. It was super easy to communicate with Magic Sam, from the initial email query to on the day to coordinate the timing of food and cake. Magic Sam did an amazing job keeping the kids entertained for 2 whole hours! And thats with a big distraction of a great outdoor play area with sand pit that came with the venue. So huge kudos to him!! The kids loved the circus tricks and Magic show and all parents were happy to have some time to enjoy themselves too. Highly recommended and would book Magic Sam again without a doubt :)”

“Warm and friendly place to get fresh and tasty cod and chips. My son always gets the savaloy and chips. Always more than enough chips. In the short time I waited you can see her regular customers are there and also people who have moved out of the area come back. The history behind this shop is undeniable and very endearing. May try a pie next time on my way home from work.”

“The food at this price point is top shelf. 13” personal pizzas with excellent thin crusts and toppings. Calzones as big as your head. Fluffy gnocchi in red or pesto sauces. Good table wine. Excellent service. The music could be a little quieter and less techno, but we enjoyed it enough that we went there twice on our trip.”

“My daughter & I spent 9 nights here before the beginning of her study-abroad program. We'd selected a hotel in eastern London to be closer to the Goldsmith's campus; this was lucky for us as we happened to be there during the funeral for Queen Elizabeth II (thus we were well out of the way of the crowds and closed-off streets). The room was comfortable and had a great shower. Loved the comfort of the beds and pillows. Room service was fast and great. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The hotel is 2 or 3 minutes from a Tube station which was very convenient. The Tower of London/Tower Bridge was about 8 minutes walking time away. Felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood and many pubs & restaurants were within 20 minutes walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.”

“27 August- 2 September 2022 The front desk service was very attentive and professional. We were greeted by Xinchen Li Guest Relations Manager whom was so so helpful. Her PR is excellent and took us in with open arms. The hotel ambience was warm and welcoming with the right mix of traditional, classic charm with a contemporary feel. We are enjoying every minute in your esteem hotel. The doorman remembers our name and welcoming us every time when we returned. Our room was deluxe, clean and fresh, lovely bed and amenities. The bathroom is very clean and fresh and all we need is there. Everybody from staff is friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, location is great too, a short stroll to the tube station. We will definitely come back!”

“As a born (but not bred) Sri Lankan I think this is the best Sri Lankan food I've had in the UK, much better than stinky Hoppers (which sucks btw all you enablers!). The hoppers here are delicious, crispy and light with a hint of sour just like home and the curries to dip your hoppers in to are soooo good!! Equally the kotthu is great and again doused with any one of the curries is a class combo. Both are must cop here.”

“I had a great lunch at Beach Bar Grill and thoroughly enjoyed the seafood mix while my daughter loved the quarter chicken with lemon and herb. The ambience was nice with afrobeats playing and African art adorning the walls. The customer service was attentive prompt and friendly. I would definitely go back and try out more of the cuisine. My two suggestions for improvement would be for the squid to be a little more tender and for a lobster pick/ fork to be provided.”
