“Kerry was absolutely fantastic and I had the most amazing customer service. I ordered and collected my ID4 from Marshalls in Coulsdon in March. It was working perfectly until we couldn't open the passenger door from the outside. I took it bask to Marshalls and it was fixed (after a 2 week delay) but when it was returned it no longer charged at home. I returned it again to Marshalls and I collected it after 4 days as they hadn't fixed it and I was getting frustrated with the lack of communication. At this point I booked it in to Lookers Wimbledon and the service couldn't have been further from the service I had experienced previously. Not only did Kerry seek to understand the issue fully when I dropped the car off but within 2 hours Lookers had found the issue (a faulty charging cable). When I collected the car later on that afternoon, it was fully charged and cleaned inside and out. Kerry was apologetic about our previous experience (even though it has nothing to do with Lookers) and even sent us a hamper a few days later. I am beyond happy with the service and will never take my ID4 anywhere else. I already have a service package for my ID4 but will be sure to return to Lookers each and every time. Thank you!”

But when I purchased and paid for it I found my WC is fully cracked but as the item was available. I got my evening exchanged quickly. Very reliable store for indoor purchase. “Bought MGB Roadster, had a few issues, narrowed down to fuel. Former keeper suggested giving these chaps a call. Spoke to Robert who took time to listen to symptoms and whilst confident the fuel filter regulator was unlikely culprit suggested I send it for testing. He took ten minutes out of a busy pre Christmas day to check it over, change the filter and test, set it to 2.5 PSI and sent it back next day, only charged me for the new filter and postage. Problem was a float that wouldn't, now replaced, car back running sweeter than before. Great service. Highly recommended.”

After helping me get my bicycle into his immaculate vehicle, he drove me to east London very efficiently. He was friendly and helpful. All good. What is remarkable is that he rang me the next morning to say I had mistakenly given him an extra £10 by mistake. If only everyone was so honest & conscientious! Great service and delightful driver. Oh I told him to keep it donate it to charity.”

“Top service! I have been going to Aaron for years for my car audio. He is a great guy and has always tailored everything to my needs as I am an electronic dance music producer and reference my tracks in my car. He knows I need all frequencies to be really clear, with good crisp bass. He has always helped me achieve the best results with each car, working around any problems that have arisen and has always given good advice and spent time tweaking everything to sound to my taste. I bought some Alpine 6 X 9s speakers and a sub years ago from him and they still sound fantastic. I just got them fitted in my new car, where unfortunately my Alpine head unit I bought from him for my old car head wasn't compatible so he did me a trade-in for the old head unit and amp for a good quality new amp for the back speakers and sub and is now sounding fantastic! Makes me driving very enjoyable and helps me make sure the tracks I release sound right. Would highly recommend!”
