"Average at best. The job done to the interior was good and the overall exterior polish up also good, but I wouldn't let them go anywhere near your car with paint. The touch up paint they used was the wrong colour (despite me saying which colour it was) and the application rushed (botched if I'm honest). Alloys were repaired (the repair good) and resprayed (ah there's that paint issue again..) and have also been rushed leaving the metallic paint 'pooled'. Owner aggressive when confronted about the short comings. Disappointed really. Won't be using them again. Fine for dodgy secondhand car dealings, but I wouldn't go here if you truly care about your car."

"The person was friendly and I chose them because of previous ratings. Went to fix a wiring issue. Ask them to service the car as well. Paid 175 for servicing. Charged £25 for diagnostic of wiring and just to tell me that they do not have the wiring diagram. I am an electrical engineer by academic and hobby. I am not sure what is there to diagnose, when they do not have a wiring diagram. He mentioned that he asked for wiring diagram to Mercedes and Mercedes must give it to them for free of cost. It would cost me roughly £75 to fix it. They will contact me, once they get the diagram. I did not receive a call from them. I called them later. They said they do not have wiring diagram and they are not interested to fix it. Ask me to take it somewhere else. False promise. Didn't contact me. Got my time wasted. I wouldn't go them again."
