Knew exactly what was happening to the car and said that it wouldn’t take too long to be done. 90 minutes later I got the call to say it was all done and ready to be collected. On my return, another warm welcome and greeting and had a talk about my car and if I had any issues that you know we are just a phone call away. “Excellent service from Brookdene, I first came across them when they had to put right the shoddy workmanship of another local garage which they did promptly and perfectly, they even liaised with the other garage to collect payment from them for the corrective work. Recently the clutch went on my car, they installed new clutch & MOT'd car at the same time as well as fixing some other minor issues, again all done extremely promptly and with goodwill and the price they kept to the absolute minimum. “I have used Andy on two cars over 6 years and I can not rate him highly enough. He does an excellent job and takes pride in his finish. My BMW had a massive dent on the sill which was repaired as good as new at home without the need to lose the car for a few days. But I mainly taking the time to write this because I had a dent on my brand new Volvo XC60 rear door and I was nervous about getting the whole panel resprayed. Andy understood this and rung me back recommending I try Paintless Dent Removal (PDR). I’d never heard of it before. Anyway, I found someone who fixed it perfectly. No respray.
