"Absolutely shocking service, sent out a engineer to recover a car, apparently couldn’t get the car started with a jump starter so advised a crane with a flat bed at the extra cost of £200 (I already pay for breakdown recovery). A neighbour later came out and jump started the car, the car still needed recovery due to gear box fault. Kartec then refused to come back……… STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY"

"My breakdown cover provider used this company to tow me off the m25 on Sunday night. The service I received was 5 stars, the guy that they sent arrived in good time. The van was loaded onto the truck and we were safely on our way back to Coventry in no time at all. Can't thank the driver enough for his time and effort in getting me back home."
