“I dealt with M&S due to my car being keyed, the colour of my car was the pearlescent colour which is even harder to blend! however my car was collected by a very friendly member of staff and was also delivered back to me. And I could not fault them at all, the car came back the cleanest I have seen it and you would never know it had been in anywhere to have the key marks sorted. Would highly recommend!”

“I had a really great experience at Farrins. My BMW was suffering with knocking noises over speed humps or pot holes. I knew something was wrong with it but I kept being told by other mechanics it was fine. Finally at Farrins someone with some patience spent the correct amount of time on it to discover that one of the rear shocks had failed and also an anto roll bar bush had worn out. I paid a fair price for the job and was kept in the loop at all times with phone calls and text messages to alert me when the car was ready for collection. “Had a loud noise from under my Bmw when slowing down, took it to 3 other garages, one said sound like timing chain, another said wasn't sure would need to do diagnostics, another said could be brakes. Took it then to vk vehicle servicing which I used a while ago, Vuk got in car started up and immediately said its your flexi pipe. He booked me in the next day replaced item, showed me the damaged part. And hey presto noise no longer there. Have since used him again for service, he always notifies you of any problems and sends photo of item on car. He is an excellent mechanic. I have now moved to Norfolk but will still come down and use him as I feel I can trust him to do the work properly.”
