Keith was amazing gave me all the time explaining the functions, upgraded the firmware before installing the unit. They did this on a while you wait basis. I was apprehensive at first as I normally give my car into a BMW specialist, however after getting an initial quote and inspection done it was fair to say the prices were very fair and reasonable. They didn't do any unnecessary work, they made extra effort to see the general health of my car and made recommendations of what needed doing based on their inspection. Upon receiving the car back the car felt great it i took it on a 400 mile journey up north over the weekend and back and the car is great. Going forward I will be using him for the long term maintenance of my car and I also have my e39 m5 booked in also. I would recommend his services to anyone who needs, MOT, annual servicing or mechanical work doing.”

“Professional value service. Would recommend. I came in to get my interior car light fixed. Someone quickly checked the problem and provided me with a quote and suggested i should get back in a couple hours. a couple hours later the issue with the light was bigger than expected, and they had to spend more time finding the solution. The car ended up staying overnight, and the early morning the next day i got a call. Car fixed and initial quoted price didn't change. For contect I also looked clueless to anything to do with cars and they didn't use that to bump the prices! honest people.”

Was Recommended to Bhogal Autos by a friend after a dealer was telling me to leave my cars for a week. My A4 needed the wiper motor changed while my BMW 7 Series needed an alternator. Prit and Dav was able to fix my motor on the same day instead of replacing it and got me the alternator for a fair price and replaced it the day after. Had a great experience and no hassle at all.”

“Review 2 August 2022 Just want to say yet again how impressed I am with Romford MOT Centre, Barry has personally taken interest in the back door lock problems of my beloved camper van and some other technical stuff including electric windows switch replacement. He is patient and informative. After ordering new parts from Fiat he and his team have made my barn doors safe and useable again as well as my window switches. Nothing has been too much trouble for him, they even spent time putting the doors back safely so I could go on holiday before I returned when the new locks came in from Italy. They could not do enough for me, and unlike other garages, he showed me everything that had been done. I know I can return anytime and it's under warrantee. Such a good price too. I'm just so grateful to the team. Thanks Barry! Review 1 (2021) Really impressed with the guys here. After a problem with odometer flashing mileage on my camper van when changed the battery, I called them randomly to see if they could help as no other garage could. They told me to pop in anytime. I did so and for £30.00 they sorted it and updated software. Bearing in mind I was given quotes between £300 and £800 to fix from other garages. They were helpful and friendly. Would definitely go again.”

“Had a loud noise from under my Bmw when slowing down, took it to 3 other garages, one said sound like timing chain, another said wasn't sure would need to do diagnostics, another said could be brakes. Took it then to vk vehicle servicing which I used a while ago, Vuk got in car started up and immediately said its your flexi pipe. He booked me in the next day replaced item, showed me the damaged part. And hey presto noise no longer there. Have since used him again for service, he always notifies you of any problems and sends photo of item on car. He is an excellent mechanic. I have now moved to Norfolk but will still come down and use him as I feel I can trust him to do the work properly.”

“I think a lot of local mechanics use this place to order their spare car parts. Staff very friendly and helpful,but it can get busy, and parking is hit-and-miss. Instead of ordering my wiper blades from eg. Amazon, I looked this place up online, and drove there, picked up my item within the hour, drove round to my local mechanic, he kindly replaced my worn-out wiper blades, the same afternoon, didn't charge because he knows me. I take my car to him for annual service, if needed and annual mot.”
