“Had the misfortune to be reversed into whilst stationary in a car park. This was potentially tricky as there was a fault dispute despite me having a witness also stationary behind me... Fleetline took care of everything from dealing with my insurance company, appointing a 'non-fault accident management company' and had the car in very quickly indeed. I was actually in a like for like courtesy car in a day. What I liked most (even though the car came back literally better than when I bought it) was how clear and hassle free the whole process was. I was kept informed at all stages and they even dropped the car off to the detailing company and dropped it back to me. Outstanding customer service and an exemplary job of the repairs and finishing. 5 stars, well done again Fleetline!”
