The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel, Mayfair London
“I went for one night with a friend for a special occasion and everything was amazing. We received an upgrade from the house to a family room. It had two queen beds and two bathrooms, just for two of us! At the arrival, there was an amazing bottle of Prosecco, a card and some chocolate strawberries waiting for us to celebrate our special occasion. The bed was very comfortable and was a shame when I had to leave early.. I would have loved to have a lie- in! The lobby manager Anna was very professional and kind. I really enjoyed my stay and I hope to get back as soon as possible.”
Nobu Hotel London Portman Square
“Reception was super warm and welcoming. Concierge (Idris I believe is his name) was super prompt and helpful securing a massage. Food was of course amazing. The room was very comfortable, clean, and modern with great AC. Thanks for an amazing stay!”
Moon In Moon
“Food was excellent, service was a bit slow only got 2 appraisers out of 4 so waited a while for the others. Main course came quick. As soon as we finished eating they were lifting our full glasses of drink to take the table cloth, didn't appreciate that.”
Ananda By Thames
“Lovely Indian restaurant next to the Thames. The food was delicious, one of the best Indian food I have had in London. Staff was super friendly always with a smile in their faces. Hidden gem. Will come back.”
Raphael's by CREM Kitchen
“This was our first visit having walked past numerous times when in the park. Very accommodating with our last minute booking, food was fantastic, setting over the lake was beautiful and the staff were very attentive, you could tell they cared about the place. 5 stars from us.”
J. Junaid Jamshed By Janan
“One of very few Pakistani product, where they actually care about finishing. Recently been to few branches to find variety for men for ma and family. I must say it’s much much better whatever available in UK market for mens but still needs to add more options.Customer is service is good. Overall you doing good, keep it up.”
Everythinghiphop Mens Streetwear Clothing London
“This is hands down the best Urban clothing store in the UK and Europe in general. I have been a loyal customer of this shop since 2009, when I was new in the UK and continue to be so even after they opened their webstore. You can find practically every known urban brand here (LRG, Dickies, Crooks & Castles, Embellish, Diamond Supply Co and many, many more). Always great range of sizes. An excellent choice for the UK and European rappers (and fans) who wants to retain the classic urban look, with no designer or high end stuff but all real and authentic.”

“Sarmale minunata! Excellent food and friendly staff.”
Brown & Green London
“I recently visited this cafe, and I must say, I was impressed with the cosy and charming atmosphere. The decor was nice, and the warm lighting created a pleasant ambiance. The food and coffee were both delicious, and the quality of the ingredients was evident in each bite and sip. The cafe offered a range of options, from classic breakfast fare to creative sandwich options, and everything we tried was flavorful and satisfying. Moreover, the customer service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff always ready to assist us. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered recommendations based on our preferences, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. However, the downside of this cafe was the price. While the food and coffee were of high quality, the prices were a little on the expensive side, which may not be ideal for those on a budget. Overall, the cosy atmosphere, delicious food and coffee, good customer service, make this cafe worth a visit. Although it is a little on the pricey side, the quality of the experience makes it a great place to enjoy a relaxing meal or a quick coffee.”
Bar Lulas London

The Moretown Belle London
“Great food, service and value near the Tower of London. As an F1 fan I’ve been to a number of the races. And as a foodie, I’ve eaten in all sorts of places, from chip shops to Michelin star. So, F1 on a massive screen with surround sound and a massive Sunday roast, what better combination? Just around the corner from the Tower of London, it’s a wonderful and history filled walk to The Moretown Belle. Unlike other pubs, you’re greeted at the door by a host, with a warm smile as soon as you arrive. There’s plenty of seating , from booths, high tables and singles to groups. I went with my sister and we both decided to have the chicken for our roast. What surprised me was the variety and amount of vegetables. Fantastic - peas, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. I’m pretty sure we had a whole chicken between us. The plate was topped off with roast potatoes and an enormous Yorkshire pudding. We were true heroes and managed to eat a lot of it , but had to admit defeat. You definitely will not leave this place hungry after that roast. Service was slick and professional. I like the smart uniforms and how nothing was too much trouble. More gravy? A proper gravy boat arrived promptly. More drinks? Table service in a blink of an eye. For a part of London you’d expect to be a tourist trap, this is not. Locals, regulars, sports fans who find it online and book with their mates, families, and now me! It’s lovely to find an independent non - chain pub that really cares about just being brilliant. We will be back!”
Habitat Westfield London
“Fantastic costumer service. I found very hard shop for furniture online without actually see how it looks, so we went there to have a look at sofas and found the one we wanted.”
Crowne Plaza London Heathrow T4, an IHG Hotel
“Clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is worth signing up for and is better than most business hotels I’ve experienced in the UK or US. Met a friend at the bar, and we were both appreciative of the professionalism and good humour of the staff. Really a good stay.”
The Stanwell Hotel by Mercure
“Really lovely hotel, staff went above and beyond to make sure we had breakfast before they were serving food. The hotel had free parking, the room was well equipped, however the heating stayed on full all night, so we ended up opening the window to help cool the room down. The only other downside was the shower screen is too small. After taking a shower it leaves a puddle down between the bathtub and the toilet. Would happily stay again, it's within a 7 minute drive of Heathrow airport making it a convenient place to stop when flying.”
Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport
“Stayed at the Hyatt 4 years ago and it was perfect. Was in area (November 8th 22) so thought try the Hyatt. So happy I did, Very friendly staff, excellent service. Excellent room, exceptionally clean and quiet. Excellent food. Short bus or shuttle ride to the hotel. Highly recommend this Hotel.”
DoubleTree by Hilton London Kingston Upon Thames
“We had a business meeting here and the hotel is absolutely lovely. The staff were extremely helpful and the food delicious. I would recommend it to anyone. It is very convenient to walk to from the train station.”
Swan Guest House LONDON - HEATHROW
“Due to flight being delayed, my mom and a family of 4 missed the connecting flight. I rang the hotel and Vladimir, the guesthouse owner, held 2 rooms and made sure, they were alright. He also organized the taxi the next day. The rooms were very clean, the guesthouse just a short drive from LHR airport. It was a huge relief for the travellers and me, to know, there was someone who actually cared (Airline didn't help at all!!) We will definitly be going back!”
Novotel London Brentford
“The hotel was great, it looked stunning, the staff were super friendly. The place had amazing lights, the shower had button that let you see through to the hotel room which was funny. We loved the pool and Sauna. They have parking which you have to pay for and the breakfast selection was incredibly tasty and a great selection. Anna was really kind to my daughters. Thank you for letting us stay, it was really fun & we had an amazing time there.”
Novotel London Wembley
“The room was very spacious with nice modern decor. We had one issue with the hotel but it was address quickly and we received free breakfast for our stay. Staff always greeted us and was more than willing to help. This hotel is close to shops and is in a great location to explore and see all the wonderful views.”
Templeton Place by Supercity Aparthotels
“A very good experience - home away from home. We stayed in a Premier Studio Suite, which was really spacious with high ceilings and large windows/doors opening to a balcony. The location is excellent, around the corner from Earl's Court station (direct and step free access to heathrow), but on a quite side street in a beautiful residential area. The apartment is thoughtfully set up with everything needed, it was great to have a kitchenette with all the supplies, fridge with freezer and a washer/dryer with detergent and drying rack all provided. The service from the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay at Templeton Place apartments and look forward to returning again next time we are in London.”
The Bailey’s Hotel London
“Had a lovely stay here recently in a twin double room. Hotel has a lot of character, looks the part for the area and is well located for local venues. Room was clean and tidy and well equipped with a decent size TV, room fridge and other expected amenities. Staff were very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.”
YHA London Central Hostel
“Really good location, very clean, friendly staff and great cafe area. Good affordable alternative compared with hotels in London which are eye wateringly expensive for most people. The nearest tube is about 10 minutes walk or perhaps a little less. Only downside is a 10am checkout which seems a little early but nothing major - elevator is also very small so factor that in when you're leaving in the morning when it's busy.”
Mama Shelter London Shoreditch
“Such a fantastic place to stay. Came for a Valentine's night away from kids and had such a nice time. The room was big, clean, and had all the expected amenities like soap, shampoo, coffee, tea etc. Place has so many quirky features including our room that had a skylight that looks up to the pavement in the street! It was still private, but just a sight idea of naughtiness makes it fun. Highly recommend.”
Nobu Hotel London Shoreditch
“Had an amazing dinner at the restaurant here, truly lovely experience. We were well looked after by Laura C and had a beautiful menu put together by Sandi R. I don't remember the names of everything, but the caviar tacos were amazing, and the salmon. The tuna nigiri was so beautiful. Definitely recommend for a lovely dinner experience.”
Premier Inn London Kings Cross hotel
“Lovely hotel, good travel facilities, nice staff especially the young lady on night duty who was so cheerful and helpful in the early hours of christmas morning. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. When I initially booked in August was advised there was no restaurant Christmas day, however I did make an additional booking for breakfast on Boxing day. What a shame they don't do a Christmas break as I would definitely book .”
Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo
“My stay was quite pleasant! After a long day of travel, found the staff very friendly and accomodating. The food in the restaurant was delicious as was the breakfast spread. My room was chilly last night and they brought me extra blankets. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean and I must say again how friendly and accommodating the staff was!”
Hampton by Hilton London Docklands
“Fantastic team of staff who looked after us so well before leaving for a flight early the next morning. Special mention to Alisha/Alicia for her incredible kindness when we returned for our car 2 weeks later, and the restaurant staff at breakfast. Thank you so much! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”
Arosfa Hotel London by Compass Hospitality
“In the heart of London clean, calm, small a boutique hotel. I many thanks to Mrs. Florinda and her friends.”
City Cruises London Westminster Pier
“Evening Jazz Cruise. What a brilliant evening out. Includes a three course dinner and a welcoming glass of fizz. Comfortable and very clean boat, excellent food. Very efficient, friendly staff, and the jazz quartet were excellent. All the night-time sights as you glide from Westminster to Greenwich and back. Heartily recommended.”
City Cruises London Tower Pier
“I bought the tickets online for city cruises 24th hop on hop off. A good value for family. We get on in London eye pier then all the way to Greenwich then back to Westminster pier. You will have a total different view from boat of the city. Very comfortable in the sunny day. The narrator on the boat was so funny, making your journey more enjoyable.”
