Attentive service staff in Northwood

“Had an amazing night last night, food were exceptional and all staff were very friendly and helpful. We had bunch of vegetarian selection which were fantastic as you won’t find much in other places. I would like to thank to all the staff member especially the manager who really helped us to choose some dishes. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely visit in future.”

“I've been very pleased with this dental practice. Janita clearly knows her stuff, is very thorough, clear in her explanations and not shy of giving honest feedback if you need to be taking better care of your teeth! Janita recently gave me well-reasoned advice about my wisdom teeth, and I went back in shortly after for Meetal to extract one of them. Meetal also demonstrated a very high level of competence, and performed the extraction quickly and efficiently. Support from assistants and reception has also been great, so thanks to all.”

“Thought I'd review as Grant definitely deserves 5 stars after over a year of consistent top quality hair cuts for both me and my two teenage boys. Its not my local barber - we travel a few miles to get there. Discovered billion dollar barbers in Northwood after looking for a recommendation.”

“Absolutely fantastic food and even better hospitality. As soon as we entered we felt welcome. We had a jug of passion fruit juice which was nice, if a bit sweet. For starters we had the nundu and the mogo. The mogo had a nice flavour and was a good consistency. The nundu was absolutely fantastic and I really recommend it. Traditionally it's just beef fat, however, as the server explained, you can't serve grilled fat on its own in the UK, so it had beef with it. It was so full of flavour and seasoned perfectly. For mains we had sukama wiki with ugali and charsi lamb curry with naan. The sukama had a lovely flavour and went well with the ugali. I tried the curry with the ugali and it didn't go as well. The curry was spicy but really rich. We had some karak chai to finish the meal and packed up everything we didn't eat. Our server was great - very friendly and knowledgeable - and I got the feel from the restaurant that they love serving people and making people happy with their food.”

“Absolutely loved my haircut. Went in here to get my hair cut for donation followed by styling. Everything was handled absolutely well. The senior hair stylist Paige was very chatty and we had amazing conversations throughout the 75 minutes process. I will definitely recommend her and this salon to my friends. The rest of the staff too were very welcoming and helpful. The salon was kept near and tidy and easy to locate. They were well managed and the customers are well taken care off. Left the place feeling great.”

“Having a little shop in Chelsea means we get to be right next too, and to sometimes try a few exclusive or fancier restaurants which of course is lovely, but too indicate just how good this place is we both hands down prefer coming to Shemuls on the night before we go away on holiday or at the end of a busy month. Their food is unbelievably delicious and the simple stripped back decor means you get to focus most on what you came for - beautiful food and a nice chilled conversation. 100% the Goan fish curry for the win, it’s so good”

“Picked up an order last night. Even on takeout the staff were extremely attentive. THE PORTIONS ARE HUGE. Ordered a massala and rice and honestly it's probably going to be my next three meals. Food is very highly flavored. Wouldn't recommend if you're on a diet. Lots of ghee used. But that just made it better.”

“It is a great pub which is traditional, but modern at the same time. It has a great bar. It has TV's in the correct places. It has good décor. The toilets are nice. It has a nice atmosphere. I would recommend anyone to go there. Hopefully they'll start doing food.”

“I have recently developed a fear of flying and so I contacted Adrian for help. He was very professional and contacted me within 24 hours of my enquiry. We had a brief discussion on the phone before meeting in person and Adrian made me feel at ease. I was flying out within a week of contacting Adrian and he managed to fit me in the day before my flight. When we met we discussed a couple of different techniques and I found both very helpful. I only had a short session but I felt much better and we actually got to the root of the issue which I believed to be something else. I would highly recommend Adrian to those who wish to overcome a fear.”
