The receptionist was very friendly and helpful over the phone, her customer service was outstanding! On arrival, they had safety measures in place to prevent contamination of COVID-19. All employees wore adequate PPE and their confidence on their management made me feel at ease, especially since I am pregnant and I was afraid of going to the dentist in the middle of the pandemia. Dr Su Patel was very kind, both over the phone and during the treatment. She explained very clearly the procedure she was going to perform as I had an abscess in my gum and the limitations she had due to my pregnancy. She also shared her knowledge, explaining the options I had between now and the time I give birth. She came across as very knowledgeable, patient, kind and with superb customer service!
