● Closed“My beloved Gucci Signature Horsebit Mules, purchased in 2007 at the Gucci Store on Sloane Street. Totally fell apart on the soles whilst i was at a Concert. To be fair i hadn't worn them in about 10yrs prior. I was devastated, i immediately took them back to Sloane Street Gucci Aftersales. I was holding on to a tiny bit of hope that my shoes could be saved. After they agreed to take them they sent them to Florence to the factory. Unfortunately i was contacted shortly saying that my shoes could not be repaired by Gucci as they no longer had the original parts to do the repair authentically. I refused to give up then i met the Magician INA i was following them on iG and saw the miracles she was doing. I had to get in touch, i sent her pics through whatsapp and then booked an appointment. When she physically saw how badly broken they were i dont think she was sure a repair was possible. But she said she'll do her best. After about 3 weeks she contacted me with pictures i literally was in tears. She rebuilt the whole soles again and they look as good as before. I would tell anyone who has any imposibble items torepair ro contact them. They are amazing honestly. I am.Very HAPPY I DID”

My daughters car has been a real pain with the electrics - so I took the car into Double Dee Bromley - for a start the diagnostics was v quick which gave me the opportunity to choose what to do - aka get the work done or get rid of the car - I left the car with Double Dee for 24 hours, and they managed to source the parts cheaper than they originally quoted - I must say, I was surprised that there are still good honest garages out there - not sure of the chaps name, but just wanted to say a massive thank you it was a huge relief for my daughter and I.”

I was apprehensive at first as I normally give my car into a BMW specialist, however after getting an initial quote and inspection done it was fair to say the prices were very fair and reasonable. They didn't do any unnecessary work, they made extra effort to see the general health of my car and made recommendations of what needed doing based on their inspection. Upon receiving the car back the car felt great it i took it on a 400 mile journey up north over the weekend and back and the car is great. Going forward I will be using him for the long term maintenance of my car and I also have my e39 m5 booked in also. I would recommend his services to anyone who needs, MOT, annual servicing or mechanical work doing.”
