Sam not only treats the injury, he gets right to the cause of it and then gives you the tools to manage and correct it going forward. I had immediate improvements after my first treatment which enabled me to get back to training. A few suggested tweaks from Sam and anther appointment and I'm back to 100%. Can't recommend the clinic highly enough. There is no up selling or push for further unnecessary appointments, like I've experienced previously with some other clinics. “When I bought my Yamaha R6 recently I wanted to change the oil and oil filter before riding to Berlin. Steve did a lovely job of it and the engine ran smoothly for my big adventure. On my return and after a frustrating time with other garages I asked Steve to replace my worn front tyre on my Yamaha R6. I was pleased with how quickly he sourced a suitable tyre (Michelin Pilot Road 5) and with the price he quoted for fitting it. Within 48 hours the tyre was on my bike with the correct pressure. He checked the pressure in my rear tyre as well. Bolts were fastened with the correct torque settings too. Nice work! I might add that Steve applied copper slip to my anti-screech pads eliminating an irritating squeak AND oiled my drive chain! Japs MC is a hidden gem in my opinion. I will be back next time my beloved R6 needs any work done on it. I recommend this place to anyone who rides Japanese motorcycles and appreciates quality workmanship.”

“I love love love this place, hands down my favourite Indian and it must be everyone else's too as it's always rammed in there so 100% book a table.if you want to give it a try. The service is brilliant, the staff are friendly, welcoming and effecient, and they remember you between visits which i really like. The food here is amazing and one way another I've ordered all their sides and a lot of their mains, I normally opt for lamb anything and its divine. I've never ordered wine here as they have a good variety of beer on tap and they're always super quick with drinks. We order popodoms to start and the sauces are well presented and generous and I love the hot lemon flannel at the end. Highly recommend this place!!”

“Was looking for a local cafe for a vegetarian breakfast with good reviews, we were originally going to another cafe but luckily we decided to try this little gem! We were warmly greeted and seated quickly (given we are in the midst of COVID19). We were given paper menus and all the tables were socially distance well with a track and trace QR code on the door too. It was really well protected and safe for the patrons of the cafe. Our order was taken and we were served an amazing fresh breakfast with a tea each, for me it was a perfect portion (not too much and not too little) and filled me up. Refills were free which was great value given that they came free with our breakfast. The food is fresh and tasty and I highly recommend the vegetarian to fellow veggies or those wanting a leaner option. The hostesses were all friendly and lovely people, from a little chat when ordering to a joke when paying, it made this little cafe pop out and make it feel more like you were at a friends or family members kitchen for brekkie. I only have praise for the ladies (didn’t see any men but if there was them too). Cost was shockingly low and when we were presented with the bill I thought something was missed off but I was told nope that’s all it is, I will be going back for all the reasons listed above. Plus at this price it makes it hard to even make my own brekkie for less. Highly recommend this to all and remember to tip and support these business in these times, they are going above and beyond to keep us safe. Huge thanks to all of the hostesses (and hosts)!”

Set in quiet pretty countryside On the edge of a farm, there is plenty of easy free parking and a lovely relaxed clean-air atmosphere. I need this calmness when I take my anxious pet for attention!
