“I attend this studio regularly and do pole dancing and all the stretch classes and fitness classes. I absolutely love it. The teachers are incredibly talented, skilled and knowledgeable and we are very lucky to have them. The teachers always push you to do your very best in classes. I love all the friends that I have made at this studio and we are all like family. It is such a fun, welcoming place to come. I highly reccomend to anyone wanting to try aerial fitness.”

Hiten, the Sales Manager, is professional and patient. He answered the questions and showed the gym to me. I was impressed at the hygienic environment. When I return to sign up, Hiten made the process seamless. Also, he helped download and set up the app for me. Each time I walk in Fitness First Bishopsgate the staff is warm and helpful. Highly recommend!”

Sam does a great job at catering to all levels but also keeping it challenging (I was super sweaty after the class haha) I’d say that if you love moving and are looking for a class with great music and positive vibes you should definitely give it a try.”

“Cons: bad mobile reception once you are in. Layout is a bit of a mess.. you almost need a Thorpe park style map to help you navigate around. No steam room, shower gels / conditioner. I guess it’s a better gym so shouldn’t expect it.. All that said, still a 5 star review… why. Pros: has lots of varied equipment. Swimming pool is large. Reasonably priced.”
