Not only that, SP Athletic have all the equipment you could need and personalise every workout so you a left feeling like you have worked hard! So convenient to the station and the PT sessions timings are very flexible for your work commitments. Highly recommended, easily best gym in Sutton."

"Fantastic gym with great facilities and a brilliant location. Abbie and Scott treat every person as an individual, giving the gym a family feel and helping you to meet you personal goals. If you are looking for great quality training and classes, SP athletic is brilliant for it. Love the flexibility of the membership options, I started with individual classes then a class pass and now have a full membership. The classes are tailored to your level to help you build strength, confidence and fitness. Having tracked burning almost 500 calories in the 'kalorie killer' class every Thursday with Scott I am really starting to see a difference! Aerial classes with Abbie are great high quality classes, you train 'both sides' and always feel safe, challenged (accomplished) and fully supported. Highly recommend!"
