“Great food served promptly. Bit of a queue outside on a Sunday night, but stuck with it and glad we did as the queue shifted to nothing in less than five minutes. Just the right amount of time reading the menu before the waitress asked for our order, which came less than 10 minutes later. All freshly prepared and bang on to the descriptions in the menu. The dishes looked exactly like the menu which is rare these days. Waitress was quick with the next round of drinks and then the bill. Couldn't really ask for more, thank you Yasmin.”

Needless to say I didn't order it (it may have been massive? ) I had carbonara as its not a fancy dish, just a reliable meal, and that's what I got. It was a busy Friday night and we were served in about 25 minutes, which was great considering the restaurant was nearly full. Both staff who served were excellent and a credit to Prezzo, I'm sorry I didn't get their names. Thanks to the team for having us fed in time for the cinema!”

“A very pleasant visit, was shown several mattresses, was fully informed of the properties of each mattress and which would suit my needs most, was able to make the purchase and take the mattress away with me. very helpful polite and pleasant and also loaded the mattress into the car for me, a very nice personal service that is lacking in a lot of other stores these day would highly recommend”

In Staines the only comparable biryani is the one at the market on Wednesdays. New refurbishment is nice too with a stylish sky light and nicer menu board. Definitely pleasant to dine in.”
