One night before I was due to come to London I contacted monju and requested for my vacation to be extended for another further 6 days and monju as usual was so hands on and made the changes with the flights and hotel and extended my day the same day! If monju wasn’t on hand I wouldn’t of extended my stay and I would of came back but I got to enjoy a stress free for another further 6 days all with the help of monju. He is the best travel agent ! His services and duties he has carried out and fulfilled exceed his role as an travel agent. He ensures that he exceeds customer satisfaction and looks after his customers all the way from acquiring an quote, booking everything , making sure ur okay on holiday and follow up contact when your back.
