Mike is so kind and patient with our dogs, Nikki is super efficient and knows all your requirements and goes out of her way to help. We have our raw food supplied by them, our dog’s walked daily and now use them for holiday house/dog sitting - Becky left our house spotless and the dogs very happy. We highly recommend their services.”

“My son attended Effra Early Years Centre for just over a term before we moved house and so had to change nurseries. He had a wonderful time there and we were very sad to leave. The staff are wonderful, particularly Rob and Barbara, and it's such a caring and nurturing environment. They also proactively applied for extra support to help him with some specific issues, kept us in the loop all the way and wrote a very helpful report for us to take to his new setting so that his progress wasn't disrupted. I can't recommend it enough.”

“Although it isn't cheap, ArtsEd musical theatre courses have been totally worth it. My 13 year old son happily goes every week and spends 3 hours (3 50 minute sessions with breaks) at Arts Ed on a Saturday morning with a dance, an acting, and a singing session. This term they performed Matilda and when I saw him perform I didn't recognise him. Everything had improved - acting, singing dancing, all of it. What's more, he really let himself go in a way he hadn't before and this can only be because of the encouragement and confidence given by his teachers.”

“I went to the Dentistry department at The Smart Clinics, had teeth whitening done by Dr Manuel Vila and the whole patient journey couldn't have been better. It was easy to book the appointments, the reception staff was really friendly and the atmosphere in the surgery feels very comfortable and warm. TV on the ceiling and you can choose your own music!! It's fantastic! I've never been to the dentist with a TV on the ceiling... At the same time it's very professional. The colour of my teeth has improved a lot and I haven't even finished the whitening treatment yet. Great results! Big thanks to The Smart Clinics Team! Would definitely recommend. We chose it specifically because it was non-selective. For both children it provided a stimulating academic environment and they went on to academic secondary schools fully prepared. Standouts for us were science, music and drama. Pastoral care was fantastic but most of all it had a wonderfully happy atmosphere. My children loved it. We all miss it!”

“Great medical professionals. they do get busy and I've heard irate customers on the phone each time i've been 'Why can't you see me today!' type calls. But they do have a 24/7 hospital in Wimbledon (that I've taken my cats to before) if things are dire. Well worth the Uber cost. But inside, they're quick, friendly and efficient. I'd like to move house and staying near a Goddard branch is a factor in my location choice.”

“Lovely VET. Always give you quick help in an emergency. Depends of course which VET you will get, depending on their rota. But so far we’ve had three visits and were always happy. Great price transparency too.”

“This vets — unlike many others in busy town settings — is easy to drive to just outside Romford and near Upminster. Set in quiet pretty countryside On the edge of a farm, there is plenty of easy free parking and a lovely relaxed clean-air atmosphere. I need this calmness when I take my anxious pet for attention! The staff are professional and caring . They seem to be up with the latest knowledge in what your pet needs and I am very happy that my cat Pixie now gets probably better attention than I do! “In all honesty, PROMIS saved my life. I went to Hay Farm as a complete ball of fear, I was absolutely terrified of everything - including my own shadow. I fought countless of times with the therapists, trying to tell them that I knew best and that my way was right. However, hitting rock bottom took me to a place that I never want to go back to again. I was finally able to see that my eating disorder was not my best friend, but something that wanted to kill me. Desperation enabled me to finally listen to them, and from that moment, I put my faith in them and trusted them literally with my life. I was so incredibly lucky that they never gave up hope and they believed in me even when I didn't believe in myself. Their persistence and care, as well as their guidance, was everything I needed to get my feet back on the ground. I was also fortunate enough to also get the opportunity to progress onto Kendrick Mews for secondary treatment. The facilities at both clinics are impeccable. The chefs made the most delicious food, and I never thought that it would ever be possible to enjoy food. The house keepers were so friendly and did anything to make me feel at ease whilst being in treatment. The nursing staff were super lovely and kind - they always did everything to make me feel more comfortable. And of course I cannot forget the admissions team and the therapists. They did everything in their power in order to help me. I will always have a special place in my heart for them all, they will never know how much they mean to me. I truly believe that there is no other clinic like The PROMIS. They go the extra mile! I went into PROMIS as a fragile girl, but came out as a strong woman.”
