“Had a very stress-free and enjoyable experience here today. Had an appointment with Guy who was extremely knowledgeable, understood our budget, genuine and not pushy in any way. I am very indecisive but Guy was patient and gave us lots of mattress options to try. I decided against a bed I thought I wanted and wasn't made to feel guilty/pressured into buying which so many sales representatives try to do these days. Made me want to spend my money there. “Best boarding experience ever! I would give 10 stars if possible. We moved to UK from overseas with a very nervous cat. From the first email contact we had with Chantal I started to relax. She was very responsive, supportive and reassuring. When we got here we had a quick tour (careful not to interact with our cat so we didn't upset her adjustment - Chantal knows cats so well!). It is a lovely facility. Very generous spaces for all cats, sparkling clean, calm environment yet stimulating with plenty of fresh air as well as quiet indoor spaces. Having such a lovely place for our cat during our transition has made our move so much easier. UPDATE: We picked up our cat 4 days ago and brought her to our new home. A house she's never lived in without any of our furniture (it hasn't arrived in UK yet). So there is nothing that is familiar to her (except us). Yet she's amazingly relaxed and has adapted far better than we anticipated based her temperament and our previous overseas moves. She clearly was very happy at The Cat's Whiskers to arrive home in such great emotional and physical shape. We are huge Chantal/Cat Whiskers fans!”

“Since first employing Paul approximately 2 years ago I have always found him to be very punctual, always on time on the agreed date. His work is first class and always clean and tidy. I have found him to be very fairly priced and he only carries out the work that needs to be done. He is also very patient and always explains why he is doing something and how things work. I have recommended Paul to family and friends and now only trust him to carry out all my plumbing jobs as i do trust him to not rip me off or do any unnecessary work.
