Lexy Dogs & Pets Care
● Closed“Adrienne has been working with our 6 month old Husky pup for around 3 months now and he absolutely adores her. He is always excited to participate in the puppy training sessions and she keeps him motivated, stimulated and thoroughly entertained. He is a very high energy dog and he comes away both mentally and physically satisfied. Adrienne has given both me and my husband great training guidelines both in the session and after in written notes, to help curb his more problematic behaviours such as mouthing and jumping up and he is remarkably better behaved on the lead. She kindly took him for a weekend stay training and he came back to us so happy and well behaved. We are very happy with the service provided and at a very reasonable value. Would highly recommend.”

All Pets Veterinary Clinic
● Closed“I got an emergency appointment in 45mins on a Friday evening before a bank holiday after my 7 months French Bulldog, Oreo, spent the last 24h vomiting. David was amazing. He is the kind of doctor I looked for here in London for months now and I couldn’t find. He seems to truly care and has such a funny and laid down approach. He gave some meds to oreo and gave availability to meet tomorrow again if need being or on Tuesday morning if he still wouldn’t get better. David was however very reassuring. I think I finally found a permanent practise for my dog. Prices are a little higher for meds tho but I am happy to pay a little more considering the quality of service. The receptionist as well super lovely and helpful. Thanks, Ludovico”

Peefer
● Closed“On Friday we had our dog groomed here for the first time. An amazing job - they really looked after her as she can be rather anxious and she was so well groomed. She came back looking like a tidier, shorter version of herself. Will definitely be making this our groomers from now on. Thank you.”

Village Vet Hampstead
● Open“Our much-loved Kooikerhondje Maisie arrived at Village Vets Hampstead in a critical condition two weeks’ ago. Maisie presented with acute haemorrhagic diarrhoea and was quickly diagnosed with sepsis. We were incredibly distressed throughout Maisie’s stay (of 8 days); which was made easier by the kind, considerate and consistent communications we received from the team at Village Vets. They carefully walked us through Maisie’s condition and treatment plan(s) at every stage, with twice-daily (minimum) calls. We were encouraged to phone if we wanted to and the team were extremely patient with us throughout the process. We never doubted Maisie was receiving the best care and that everything possible was being done for her recovery. When we collected Maisie from Village Vets, it was obvious that she had truly bonded with her carers, which was so lovely to see. One week after discharge (today), Maisie is fully recovered physically - and is also showing other unexpected improvements! Prior to Maisie’s admission, she was an anxious and wary dog. She is now calmer and more confident in herself. When taken for a post-discharge check-up with her primary vet, Maisie displayed less timidity and wariness than usual. Ironically, this unexpected and enforced ‘socialisation’ has clearly benefited Maisie. We attribute this to the expert care and attention she received from all who treated her at Village Vets. Also, the recommendation of a HypoAllergenic diet and revised feeding schedule has already worked wonders: Maisie no longer barks at us and begs for food (a miracle!). She appears more calm, content and satisfied - she loves her new diet and also looks great. Special thanks to Sam, Chloe, Dom, Natasha and Sarah (and others, whose names we do not know). Without your expertise, skill and sensitive care, Maisie would not be here now. Thank you so much, we are forever grateful. Sue, Ruby, Lisa and Melody”

Palmerston Veterinary Hospital
● Closed“We were with these vets for 9 years until last week when we had to put our gorgeous lad to rest. They have always been great with fitting us in and they made sure that Barney’s final moments with us were peaceful and how we wanted them to be. The vet gave us so much time, we didn’t feel rushed and we got to say a proper goodbye. We have today received a card in the post from them and some seeds to scatter to remember him by. What a great veterinary surgery. Thankyou for everything”

Furzy Paws
● Closed“This is my local dog grooming parlour. My recent visit was to try and get my terrier's teeth ultrasonically cleaned because I find it really tricky to brush her teeth at home. They're always friendly and smiley here and they have a small seating area where you can wait and have a coffee/drink while your pet is being pampered. On this occasion, the groomer who is the expert at ultrasonic cleaning explained that she managed to clean half of my dog's teeth. She decided to finish the session early as she could tell that my dog was becoming agitated and didn't want to frighten her or put her off future grooms/treatments. I appreciated her thoughtfulness.”
