“Absolutely wonderful pub. Tables and chairs around the bar but there is plenty of space there as well. Move away from the bar and there are a number of nooks and crannies to get comfortable in. The furniture is eclectic but comfortable and really does fit with the place. The pub used to brew their own beer but unfortunately had to stop. You will see a number of nice shiny beer vats around. To end, the Guinness was excellent as was the Adnam's Ghost Ship.”

I had gel manicure and pedicure, it was done to the highest expectation, beautiful range of colours to chose from and great quality too, when it comes to removing it, because of the quality of the gel it comes off much easier and with very minimal damage to the nails. Now I always do my nails at De Vita salon. I also had my eye brows done by Nailya and got most natural look, walked out with full and perfectly shaped eye browns. I would highly recommend this salon. Debbie leaves no stone unturned to help her customers and always has time for every single one, human or dog. I have moved and now travel 8 miles to get to this shop because it's so good.”

“Always quick and efficient. If you get a flat tyre along Ash Road like I did last night and you live locally do not call the AA as they are as much use as a chocolate teapot. Instead take your car round to Ash Tyres leave it there, walk home and go back in the morning and they will sort you out. Far less stressful. Wouldn't go anywhere else for tyres.”

It looked just a little bit tired and like a local pub. Should have realised that this just meant it hadn't been turned into a sterile gastropub chain... Because I had the steak. On a hot stone. It was amazing! I love nowhere near... But genuinely if I was anywhere even close I'd go back just to eat that again!!! Service was great and the marquee although temperature went up and down a bit stayed warm enough to keep us comfortable. That steak............”
