“Stayed here whilst working nearby. Hotel has a very grand entrance/foyer. Room was fairly spacious and had everything we needed. Was a bit of a maze in the hotel, with lots of corridors. I went for a bit of a wander and there are lots of function rooms situated to the top of the hotel. When we stayed it was quiet so we had a good nights sleep. Staff were friendly and helped when our key card stopped working.”

“Honestly one of the best budget hotels I've stayed at. Much nicer than so many of the more expensive ones I've stayed it. Everything about it was lovely. Quick and easy service. Beds were very comfy. Bathroom was lovely. Loads of space for storage. The only thing was there wasn't a room service menu! But I could have asked for one if I wanted it. It was just great! Wish I could have stayed longer than a night.”

“My girlfriend and I were stuck in London because of a delayed flight, and just happened to stop by The Harlington Tandoori by chance. It ended up being one of the best experiences I've ever had with a restaurant! The food was fantastic and authentic, and at the same time the prices for the portions were very generous. The highlight of the night however was the restaurant owner, Josh, coming over and striking up conversation with my girlfriend and me while our food was being prepared. Eventually, he sat with us and we had shots together on the house. Josh is a fantastic guy, and really did everything to make us feel welcome. I couldn't recommend this restaurant any more, and I will definitely be coming back to London specifically to visit again. Thank you for everything Josh, you made our experience amazing and we couldn't be more grateful!”

“The mercure is always a comfortable and enjoyable stay located in a quiet area for a peaceful sleep. The rooms are warm and clean and housekeeping are always available in the mornings.Check in is easy and fast the reception staff are all very patient polite and helpful even at busy times they are always cheerful and ready to answer any questions. I had eaten at the hotel and must say the food is just amazing.. always tasty and fresh.”

“Stayed for 1 night after meeting my partner at Heathrow on her return from Madrid. Reception staff extremely pleasant and helpful. I was going to use the airport shuttle bus to get to the airport but the lady on reception advised me to use public transport as it was a lot cheaper. Staff in restaurant were excellent as well. I would certainly stay here again.”

“Emergency rush job as had left my reading glasses at home and was almost at work...went acacia and it was thirty minute wait so I was freaking out gently...explained what was going on and the controller have me her own reading glasses...so I didn't even need a cab...god bless that darling woman ...also..every time I've called acacia cars they have always been on time XXX I love em”

“I like the place. It was quite, clean, and close to airport. If one has to find cheap hotel along with peace of mind just go for it. I also thank the receptionist for his warm welcome and helpful behaviour, though he doesn’t understood English perfectly but he is very nice guy. Overall no issues with the place”

“I am afraid I had a bad experience this afternoon with the first driver who didn’t turn up to take me to Ealing Hospital for an appointment. If you are late for an appointment the department will give your place to someone else and I would have had to wait weeks to get another appointment. Your office had to find me another driver who was brilliant and with only 20 minutes to spare for my appointment he got me to the hospital on time. This driver’s number is 105 and he knew all the short cuts in the journey and remained calm.. Please do convey my thanks and gratitude to him. So I am giving 5 stars to him but no stars for the first driver.”
