"Really poor customer service. A smile or greeting never hurts! Environment - dirty.. chairs, tables, floor, windows. No sign of urgency to clear tables. Food & coffee over-priced and disappointing."

"September 2022 Bright, clean, airy and spacious. Friendly staff. Car park is large (make sure you register your car number plate at the till if you’re staying longer than 45 minutes). Gluten Free Ham & Cheese Panini and Porridge with Gluten Free oats available, but sadly not a single, gluten-free snack - not even the usual boring, pre-packaged, gluten free brownie! Large range of vegan options available. Visited 6 months later on 21/1/23 - Absolutely no gluten free options available. The staff member seemed to suggest that the gluten free sandwich has been stopped, but was unsure. We left hungry and disappointed."

"Nice place, for coffee and catching up. There’s ample space for people to sit and do their work as I did. I would say that only minor detail to improve the place would be to make it more apparent (with signage) is the parking situation. This was my first time coming, and I am grateful to someone for telling me to register my car for parking on the terminal by the till, as I would have been charged after 45 minutes. Be cautious of that. Overall, it was a nice place. Great location. Staff seemed very hardworking and friendly. They deserve a nice coffee break too."

"Excellent coffee as usual, good little side escape is quiet and normally great for catching up on work or if flexi working! Parking is picked up on camera so make sure to book your reg in at the counter if staying for a while. You also have Cinnabon and Sbarro pizza at the petrol station across from here. It’s also great that it’s. Drive thru! Need more of them ."

"Popped in for the beyond meat breakfast pattie. It never disappoints. Plenty of parking but on this occassion the service was kind of 'here's your order, now leave'. I've had more pleasant when visiting this branch."
