We arrived at our hotel (Frontel) promptly where Al-Ansar had arranged us food, because they knew we’d be hungry. We were settled into the hotel and Madinah and Makkah were amazing as always. Al-Ansar were always there to help us with any questions / concerns. Brother Kausar was always checking up on us to see if we’re okay. They arranged transport to the Haramain rail and dropped us to Madinah airport on departure. Ahmed helped us check in and get ZamZam. All in all it was an amazing experience. However the product that was sold to me was not the quality I would have expected from a 4.9* place. I went there coz the reviews were so good. The number plate lettering was really faded due to the machine being faulty. I was disappointed but since then I have been offered a full replacement and a humble apology. This goes a long way to customer needs, thank you very much. I would highly recommend to go the store for your local car and motorbike accessories. The sushi is always so fresh and well made, and the menu is creative as well. The last time I ordered was a couple of days ago and man I wish I’d taken pictures because the time and attention to garnish was amazing. The sushi was seasoned to perfection too. They really outdid themselves. I also went to pick up an order once with my partner and the staff is super nice.
