"Needed an automatic gear box specialist in Romford and was recommended to Allen & Hall and one other company. Price wise they were about the same but the difference in customer service between the two on the initial phone call couldn't have been more stark. Everyone else I came into contact with from Allen & Hall was exactly the same. Really friendly, polite and respectful people, and they of course fixed my gearbox on time and on budget. Cannot recommend them highly enough."

"I've been here a few times and every time it's been a good experience - you get the feeling when talking to them that they seriously know what they're on about and are happy to explain it to you in an understandable way. When I have had to have work done on my van they don't try to swindle you, and I've always felt like the quotes are very reasonable for the quality of work done - and it is good work. I purchased my van used, and after a few trips to these folk I'm convinced it drives better than it did when I purchased it, so I'm a happy chappy."

"I never write reviews but felt compelled to in this case. First time I have used these guys having looked around for an honest local garage. I must say to say I was impressed is an understatement. Service was impressive, communicaton all the way, job done was excelellent and very reasonably priced. Staff are excellent and this is the kind of service I would expect from a main dealer -courteous friendly down to earth staff. They were able to deal with my warranty company swiftly. Will definitely be using them from now on."
