Matt was helpful from the outset, whilst waiting for my parts I noticed he had a good rapport with the other customers in branch as well. Make sure you guys at ECP look after him, he's a great asset to the company, quite the opposite to the service at the Bow branch that frequently displays little to no telephone etiquette plus don't alert you when your parts have arrived via click and collect. I'll deffo be purchasing from the Barking branch from here on out!”
