"I visited this place on the 13th of October 2022 and I was happy with my experience overall with the exception of the very short dude with glasses who seemed to be suffering from some form of dwarfism (no offence). When I came into the store he didn’t even acknowledge me as I stood to ask a question after entering. When I did ask my question to him then he simply shut me down saying he was busy on the computer. Unprofessional and unfriendly service don’t you think? I bothered to ask someone else and that other person was a lot better. I bought an extendable wheel wrench from this place and luckily it came in the size I wanted (17mm). 2 stars only because of the very short man’s rude hospitality."

"I’ve had a horrible experience in this place. I wanted to buy something from the store and as I walked in no one looked up to greet me as the customer I was. A very short man with spectacles (under 5 feet tall) sat on a stool was on the computer and didn’t even bother to say hello or acknowledge me in the store. As I said hi he rudely said he was busy on the computer with a red face full of anger. No social skills whatsoever. I just walked away and took my custom to a better place instead!!!"

"After 3 fail attempts at Euro Car parts(will never use again) I called up and the Man on there other side of the phone was amazing. He help me so quickly was so friendly. I got there and my parts was already sorted for me. He made sure I had the right parts. Cheaper and sooo much knowledge. USE THESE GUYS!!!!"
