● Open“One week ago I noticed how one of my teeth at the back got badly chipped and I was very worried about it. I immediately called the practice and they managed to get me an emergency appointment for few hours later on the same day. Once figured out the issue, 2 days later Dr Sim Mangat and nurse DiPi brilliantly rebuilt the tooth with filling and fixed everything up. They did a miracle really. I am also usually a bit of a nervous patient when it comes to medical checks and needles, but I immediately felt I was in very good hands and they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. One week as gone by and my tooth is all ok, no pain, no issues, everything back to normal. I am so grateful!”

And they STILL-managed to do all this through the pandemic. And I had to listen to the unwarranted comments to the staff from customers that were getting fed up with waiting, all because they refuse to make any customer feel rushed! ● Open“i made a special journey to bexley heath for just one item.....i couldnt see it on the shelf....a staff member was near by , and i asked her. she said " if its not on the shelf we dont have it " ...in other words could not be bothered.......I encountered another staff member. and asked her.....this time , it was a very pleasant encounter. she couldnt have been more helpful.....she went and looked and found the item i needed........well....Boots if you are reading this get EVA G ....to train the rest....she was lovely ....the reason for my 5 star review .”
