“This afternoon I was recommended to call Sutton Appliances to replace my broken washing machine (that couldn't be fixed). I called them at 2pm. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. It is very rare nowadays to find people who work to such high standards and deliver amazing customer care - at Sutton Appliances you definitely get this. I am so grateful for their whole service . “I have been meaning to write a review since I started using the garage many moons ago. As a person who knows absolutely nothing about cars, I am an easy target to rip off (and I have been on more then one occasion in the past). However, Gary and his team are simply wonderful, they have looked after my car's for a number of years and I've never been dissapointed or let down. I've never had particularly expensive or fancy vehicles, so there are often problems that arise and need looking at. Gary will always try and help me out with the cheapest option and it's honest about what is an urgent repair and what can wait. I have moved out of the area within the last 18 months but happily travel back to Sutton to get my car looked at if needed, serviced and MOT'd. Would recommend without hesitation!”

Gabriella responded to our initial house hunt enquiry within 12 hours, and had us booked in for a viewing the following day before our property formally went to market. Gabriella was helpful throughout the offer process, even texting us at 8pm and 7am to keep us posted on negotiations. Our onward chain was complicated (due to the sellers/agents higher up) and by all accounts Choices managed this very well. Nicola was really helpful in dealing with uncommunicative parties further up the chain, and gave us updates as and when she could. Gabriella even dropped us a text when on holiday to check in on us. When we finally exchange and completed on our purchase, it was evident that Gabriella and Nicola were genuinely happy for us. Buying a house is a stressful process.
