“They're the best pharmacy I've used in the London borough of Hounslow. The staff are always extremely polite, courteous and friendly and go out of their way to help their customers. When using other pharmacies I often struggled to get certain hard to source medications and was left to call round pharmacies myself, or just go without. But the awesome Pharmacists at this pharmacy do all the calling for me, even contacting manufacturers to try and get my items. They even go over to the pharmacy to pick up the paper prescriptions for controlled medications, so we can order our repeats online and not need to worry about needing to fill in a separate paper version and then go and pick it up by hand etc. It's all done for us. 10/10 would recommend!”

Being quoted figures ranging from £45-100 which sounded ridiculous, this establishment quoted £10 which sounded much more reasonable. When I visited the place, the receptionist was not very talkative but polite. When I went in to see the lawyer, who was an elderly gentleman, I found him to speak impeccable English, he was thorough, professional and most importantly for me, he was very honourable. I would highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking to be treated fairly, by a professional and not looking to get ripped off.”

“I went for a last minute Eid outfit,, and the staff were very very nice and quick in helping me find an outfit in my size. They were very apologetic when the trouser wasn't the right size and went to their storeroom to find a bigger size. I asked her why there were so many negative reviews and she assured me it was the neighbouring shop owners trying to cut her business and sales. I can't believe it! When paying, the price was not overpriced at all! Would definitely recommend and will be going again!”
