Not only that, but it is really easy to access their 'shop': via Southgate tube and bus station or local parking (Asda) I found the staff very understanding of our travel plans. “I have been in contact with Quba Travel Ltd for the past 2 years regarding Hajj. Due to the pandemic, we could not go to hajj in 2020 or 2021 and just about a month ago when we were looking to get ready to go to hajj in 2022 with Quba travel, the Saudi hajj ministry had other plans. Even though we now are unable to go to Hajj with Quba anymore, I would still recommend them for 2 reasons, one is because of my dear friend Shaykh Abid Khan's recommendation of Quba back in 2019 and second, because of my experience with them over the last 2 years. There was a lot of uncertainty during the pandemic but at each stage I was given a thorough update about any and all developments regarding the state of hajj. “I normally book my vacations myself online but with all the travel requirements constantly changing, I thought it would be better to book with someone who I knew would look after me and show me the way. I was surprised to see that they actually got me the best price for my trip but the level of service is something I've never experienced from a travel agent. Ben held my hand through the whole process, with travel documents, making sure I was aware there was an IT issue with British Airways so we left earlier than usual and thank goodness we did as the queues at the airport were horrendous. Many people had their luggage misplaced and I know that if this had of happened to us, Ben would have sorted it out for me right away.
