“I joined this practice a year or so ago. I feel very lucky to have been taken in when they opened it for NHS patients for a short time. Since I joined I have seen the dentist, Dr Alisa McGregor twice and also the Hygienist Teuta with the dental nurse Shianna. On every occasion I felt not only that I was in safe hands but also that they genuinely wanted to make the whole experience as pleasant as possible, they make you feel very comfortable. Added to this, the lovely ladies, Evgenia and Hannah who greet you and take care of all bookings and admin are fantastic. Every time I go in they are cheerful and enthusiastic and always go out of the way to help. The whole team and practice are top drawer, I am a very happy customer!”

“I booked a MOT for my 4x4 online, received confirmation email and text messages and importantly reminder messages prior to my appointment. The staff were courteous and very professional. I check my vehicle in and went for a stroll. It should have been ready on my return after 45 mins, but unfortunately there was an issue with the computers. This was clearly explained to me in a nice way and another 30 minutes later the care was ready to drive away. I cannot fault the team at Halfords Grays. Well done!”

“Tried to use self service dog wash for my boy today who has spinal condition, can be very stubborn and extra large breed. So unfortunately couldn't get him in the bath as he is too heavy to lift. Staff were very helpful and understanding and gave me refund no questions asked. Staff explained fully how to use machine and machine seemed very user friendly just shame couldn't get my boy in it. Definitely recommend for other people to try, that doesn't have x-large breed that requires lifting. Great customer service.”

They gave me two quotes based on location of treatment and provided me a genuine advice. Mike is so kind and patient with our dogs, Nikki is super efficient and knows all your requirements and goes out of her way to help. We have our raw food supplied by them, our dog’s walked daily and now use them for holiday house/dog sitting - Becky left our house spotless and the dogs very happy. We highly recommend their services.”

“Absolutely outstanding. I have just come to do my x-ray and didn't know I had to book. From the beginning I didnt know if I could park so I've asked a staff from the portable CT scanner and they happily explained the parking and where I had to go, when I got to other main entrance I was greeted asked to wash hands and directed to reception. Again very nice welcome, they asked of my appointment I said I didn't have one as I was not aware, without any hesitation they send me to x-ray department to see if I can be seen, in the x-ray lovely Receptionist said that although I should've had an appointment she has space and will book me. Luke in X-ray was very nice and caring. I think this was my first pleasant experience when it comes to a hospitals. Thank you so much to all the staff, you truly make a difference. ❤”
