“Have visited with my dog Bentley a few times, and every time have received a welcome reception and felt Rob generally cares for your animal as if it were his own. Feels so lovely to have a vets that will do what is best by your animal and feel at ease that my boy is in the best hands with a vets I can trust. They go above and beyond. Every staff member I have had an encounter with has been lovely and really pleased I registered. Thank you so much!”

“I brought my dog in after he had been attacked by another dog. I was in shock and the receptionists were FANTASTIC, they jumped into action straight away and made sure both me and my boy were okay. The vet and the nurse were also fantastic! Our dog has severe issues at the vets, which added to my concern in the situation (and his, most likely!) but they were so very kind and patient with him. It ended up being not too bad of a wound, and I can't express how grateful I am to them for helping both him and myself in a really stressful situation. I was a bit of a mess when I arrived and was MUCH calmer by the end of the visit, which is entirely down to the wonderful staff being so attentive and caring with my boy. Based on this visit, I could not recommend Alder's enough :)”

“I was seen by the consultant Mr. Agrawal on Wednesday because of unbearable pain due to Kidney Stone as shown by the CT Scan. I was operated on the next day. I am so glad I chose that option as the stone was breached and would prolong my agony. I am now pain free and back to normal. The care was excellent and very professional from outpatients to discharge! The staff was so warm and so caring. Extra care was given to me as a patient with round the clock checks until my discharge the following day. The food was excellent too. Highly recommended!”
