We bought our German kitchen and all the electric equipment which was designed and supplied by Prestige and fitted by our own carpenter, but the team paid undivided attention during the fitting process and ensured we were happy with the outcome at every step of the way. During the fitting period, we encountered a little issue to which Mohammed came directly to the site to address the issue and gave his professional advise to assess and correct the matter (even though the sale been completed). The team worked very closely with our fitters and Mohammed visited the project at different occasions to make sure everything was fitted clinically. Overall, amazing service and outstanding professionalism, would always recommend such good service to anyone buying a new kitchen and would always use them if l ever I have another opportunity to buy new kitchen. I didn't know that Totland stocked this particular brand otherwise I would have bought straight from there. Now that I know I will always contact Totland to check if they can order the items for me. The staff here make sure that everything is ordered perfectly and correctly and hassle free just a simple phone call. I also bought my pram set from Totland over a year ago before my baby was born and again had excellent service. Pricing always reasonable and unbeatable. Totland really can source and order any brand or item you are looking for and the service and price are fantastic! Highly recommend - support local who really care about their livelihood and customers unlike the big stores!!”

I called/emailed so many shops and got no replies and was losing hope but Hammersmith Tattoo replied back to me quickly and I made deposit (which was easy to do) and confirmed my appointment. I walked into the shop and noted it was clean and I was greeted by a friendly person at the desk which instantly made me less anxious. I was then greeted by my Artist Tom who was friendly, attentive to my ideas, gave some great advice and drew up the tattoo I was imagining perfectly. Once in his room, it was clean and all standard sanitary procedures were followed that I could see. He was polite, courteous and as a women alone in a room with a man, felt at complete ease. The whole experience was pleasant and positive. I left with a beautiful tattoo in his style that I love and will always remember my experience in London for it. Thank you Hammersmith Tattoo and Tom for making my trip to London that much better!”

With the service from Back in Action, I am very happy to have shopped with them. This is old school customer service that you don't think exists anymore. Dave was happy for me negotiate prices knowing I was a student. I never felt pressurised. I had the time to try out all their different chairs and devices. My questions were answered. Solutions were explored. Dave also rang me during my wait for the delivery of the item whether I would be interested in an upgrade in their present stock for the same price. Communications are responded to promptly. Deliveries arrived on time without issue via DPD. Very happy to recommend their services as I write this sitting on my newly assembled chair.”
