"Was extremely disappointed when I came to choose some flowers for a special friend here when I was harshly spoken to by a member of Blooms, a middle aged woman, I felt that I couldn’t really buy what I came for and what I really wanted because of how much of an inconvenience I felt being there, the woman’s tone of voice and manner was very rude towards me, I understand she may have been closing the stall early, possibly. I was just going to leave this here as I’m sure there are other people who feel strongly discouraged when the customer service is poor. I also have my own business and I would expect to loose sales due to this. Hope this is understood and not expecting a reaction to this. Feedback is opportunity to improve and you can work on this. A gentleman who sells flowers inside the mall was beyond helpful and sold me flowers just as good if not better for those looking for alternatives."

"Please don't go here as I've just been ripped off. I just bought some hyacinths from here this morning. When I asked how much they were, the ladies whispered something to each other. They then told me that they were going to use them for a display but I could have them for £8.50. I've just gotten them home and the stalks are all mouldy. Whats more, they would have seen the mould when they were wrapping them for me. See photos."
