“Booked taxi transfer from Heathrow to central London hotel. Great service, received name, photograph of driver in advance. He was there to meet me despite flight being delayed by almost 2 hours. Didn't arrive at hotel until after midnight and the entrance was very unobvious but the driver didn't just leave me stranded and made sure I could get access to the hotel before driving off. Would recommend Hook Airport Transfer Taxis and use them again”

“I suffered from an exceptionally bad case of frozen shoulder after having my first Covid jab in February 2021. I was trying to get this sorted via my doctors which proved to be nigh on impossible. I spent 5 months not being able to use my arm. I was given exercises over the phone!!! Rubbish. Anyway, short story is, I booked in with Jai in October. In 45 minutes my super hero got my arm moving. “The food is tasty and portion of biryani is generous, enough for two to share. I recommend lamb bhuna, a chopped fried and flavourful dish which is great with fresh naan or rice. I didn’t order it in this photo but it’s my favourite I realised and regretted not ordering it. The biryani comes with a small curry. Also we received complimentary salad and that salad is so fresh and traditional. The whole menu is halal. Order to personal spice level can be requested. The restaurant itself is nice and clean, the waiters are very professional.”
