After a fall my Sony Xperia's screen was completely shattered and I was afraid I would have to do weeks without my phone if I would send it to Sony for repair. They ordered me a new part to replace the phone which was no longer needed and my phone has been repaired for no cost. I did offer some money for his time but he rejected.
