“Had to visit them in rather difficult circumstances. Front of house staff and Vets are all polite, diligent, intelligent and seem very competent. Their facilities are second to none and prices are actually lower than lots of smaller practises than are owned by corporate conglomerates. Highly Recommended.”

I'm new to it but very comforted to know that if I need to bring my cats here they will be looked at and cared for in the best possible way. The vet was very good at checking my cats and vaccinating them. I would definitely recommend this vet to anyone. You won't be disappointed by the service. I felt that they put owners as the decision makers to their pets lives rather than the other way round, as I've experienced in my previous vet. The main focus in this vet is your pets health and wellbeing and you don't feel pressured to pay anything extra unless they tell you beforehand to see if your happy with it.”

“Great team who always make you feel welcome. I came in on the wrong day for my appointment (right day of the week, wrong week) and they were still able to accommodate me and my little patient, Oreo. (An 8-year-old cat.) He had a bloody lip from an indolent ulcer, and were able to get that fixed up and advise me on a course to handle these going forward. Very thankful to have a vet nearby that is truly excellent, helpful and understanding. Can't recommend them enough.”

“Unfortunately we recently had to make the difficult decision to put our 13 year old dog to sleep after being diagnosed with liver cancer this year. I called a couple of times and was handled with kindness and sensitivity as decisions were made. We were informed of the costs, being out of hours, and all choices for her care clearly but compassionately. The vet Adam and all reception staff gave us all the time to cuddle her for a final time , and to say our goodbyes. They even took the time to send us a condolence card today. Vets and staff have a difficult job keeping everyone's pets cared for, and their owners happy with staff crisis affecting them too. Our experience was faultless.”

“The most professional and personal service for my rescue English Bull Terrier who has various health issues, but has separation anxiety and dementia. They changed the way they treated her giving her the uppermost care and love, keeping us informed at all times. I am blown away by their care for her, going way above and beyond. “BEST TRAINING SCHOOL EVER!!! I have recently completed a 3 day cat grooming course with Heidi and her daughter Christine and I Absolutely loved every minute of it! Every one of the Absolutely Animals team were so welcoming, professional and knowledgeable which helped me massively with my learning. I came to this Grooming school knowing very little about cats and after 3 days I left with the confidence to groom any cat and inform their owners on how to look after their cats coat. Since my training I have now successfully completed cat grooming days at my salon and am so happy to now be confident and knowledgeable enough to offer this service along side dog grooming. I was so happy with the quality of training and the passion that the groomers have for teaching and caring for animals that I have decided to complete a level 4 qualification with Heidi and am hoping to send one of my staff members on their level 3 dog grooming qual very soon.”

Plus the prices are more suitable to us as a family. They also focus on the animal welfare and medical conditions and have in the past been supportive to me and let me arrange a payment plan due to my circumstances. And preformed surgery on our dogs which has been extremely good . And we are so grateful they were able to help dogs due to the extreme pain they were in.
