So lovely to hear that they treat all dogs as per their personalities, my little lady isn't crate trained and when she was up to it was allowed out to wonder around (it was a weekend) and have cuddles with the staff. Thank you for getting her through a really tough time. xx"

They also spend the time to ensure that as an owner you fully understand your pets condition, the different options available and all the risks and benefits of each option.
