“I called Zahid, he was just so helpful from beginning to end. He came out the same day, repaired my elderly mothers boiler so that she didnt get cold. He showed such compassion and care. He explained everything clearly....Zahid was very knowledgeable. I have cover with British Gas, but im going to cancel now i have found Zahid. British Gas never come to do a repair the same day. “A mistakenly put unleaded into my diesel and managed to drive around 10 miles, I broke down on the A40. The AA did come out to me but quoted me 220 + VAT, I gave wrong fuel a call and a technician was with me in 20 minutes, my car was older so he didn't have all the parts so he sent for another technician and he even dropped the car key off to me and my family at a nearby restaurant. I have no qualms recommending wrong fuel, they charged me 99 for the service and I paid an extra 20 for after care for the car!! Thank you guys!!”

From his A&E admission which was thorough and efficient, to his stay in Jonson Ward, the wonderful staff have gone out of their way to help him with his diabetes, his respiratory infection and his mobility issues. OT proactively assessed and put a care plan in place (BIG thank you to Jess!). Everywhere I went in the hospital it was spotlessly clean. Keep up the good work - you are an amazing hospital!”
