I had to go to a different surgery within the same group but the service provided from start to finish was excellent. Polite friendly reception staff, informative vets and veterinary nurses. Sadly a family was saying goodbye to their dog. Again all staff were extremely respectful and comforting. I've already recommended this practice to my clients and friends.”
